Transitions tab not working properly with JIRA Suite Utilities

We just added JIRA Suite Utilities to our JIRA 6.3.4 instance.

It created a new Activity tab called "Transitions". But, for some of our older JIRA issues, the tab displays a message:

Error rendering 'com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities:transitions-summary-tabpanel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

When I look at the logs, I see this:

2014-09-08 11:23:11,262 http-bio-8080-exec-28 WARN fisher23 683x140090x2 17fnvi 10.17.20.253 /secure/AjaxIssueAction!default.jspa[com.atlassian.ozymandias.SafePluginPointAccess] Unable to run plugin code because of 'java.lang.NumberFormatException - For input string: ""'.
2014-09-08 11:23:11,262 http-bio-8080-exec-28 ERROR fisher23 683x140090x2 17fnvi 10.17.20.253 /secure/AjaxIssueAction!default.jspa[jira.plugin.issuetabpanel.IssueTabPanelInvokerImpl] Exception thrown while trying to call getActions() for com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities:transitions-summary-tabpanel (Show how much time was spent in executing each transition.)

I'm guessing it's because the transition recorded in the history doesn't exist any more (due to workflow changes). How can we fix this?

You should install suitable version of JSU plugin manually using "Upload add-on" button.

You can check the compatibility of plugin on Version history page and download it from here.
