Transition issue base don updates

Hi,

While using Atlassians supoprt instance of JIRA it will transition between statuses once updated. How is this inplemented, ir for example I have two statuses I want to use, I'd like the status to transition between them if updated by the end user, or the support team. i.e.:

Status: Support, updated bt support staff -> transition to waiting for user
Status: Waiting for user, updated by reporter (or watcher) -> transtion to waiting for support.

That is done via the "Auto Transition Listener" if I'm not mistaken.

That is actually listener which you can configure in JIRA after you install the JIRA toolkit Plugin https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/x/R4Ii and https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/x/rAEq.
I have used it before, it's a bit of a hassle to setup, but works like a charm ;-)
