Transferring onDemand Jira ownership to a different user

I have set up an onDemand Jira account for my customer. However, I now need to transfer the ownership of the instance to the customer without loosing any of the data! Is it possible? How do I do it?

Hi Michael, thanks for your response. I tried that but have not received a response as yet. I need to trasfer the account to someone else, so I can set up a new URL for a different client ASAP. At the moment it would seem that I am unable to set up another instance. :(
