Transfer JIRA issues to Clearquest

In our efforts to share information and develop a better product we and one of our partners are working on how to obtain issue information from each other. The problem is that they use the JIRA Issue Tracking Product while we use Rational Clearquest. Does anyone know of common / successful methods for transferring Issues out of JIRA and into Clearquest?
