Tracking of Changing Custom defined Resolution over the period of time

Hello ,

I have defined multiple resolutions of the issue that we set as part of our process. e.g. one issue by default will have New resolution, it could be changed to dev complete, dev fixed, qa fixed, not a fault etc. If one issue has these resolution from one date to another e.g. starting from Jan1, 2014 it was new then on Jan 2 same issue resolution is changed to not a fault and so on. How can i track the changing status using JQL.

also time since chart does not display saturday even it is set as working day
