Tracking how much time an issue belongs to assignee

Hi people,

What I'm looking for is to know how much time an issue has been assigned to a person / group. Is there any existing plugin that tracks this requirement?

O should I develop my own listener and track time when assignee changes?

Any hint or help here will be appreciated!

I kinda of have the same question. What i did was using Jamie's SQL report and create my own SQL to track the # of times the ticket go back to certain state, which I am sure you can do the same for user purposes.

I tried those plugins but they do not track how many time an issue was assigned to a user.

They track the working time.
