Track tickets from service desk with existing kanban board.

Hello,

I want to track tickets from service desk with an existing kanban board. Or with a new one, but existing project. I knew there were a opportinuty for the old projects but in the next gen projects i cant see any options to create a new kanban board and say "Select Board from an existing project".

 

Is there an other option for this? Thanks, Best

Hello Salih,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

To create a board for a Service Desk project, it's necessary to go to the Board's page. 

Boards are shown only on the Jira Software's project, so if we need to create one for Service Desk, the board will be linked to our profile and not the project.

Please, click on Screenshot 2020-01-20_11-49-35-878.png and then select Boards:

On the page that will open, click on Create Board > Create a Kanban Board > Board from an existing project > Add a Board name, select the Service Desk project and on Location, select your profile > Create board.

Yes but that is not possible for next gen project, isnt it?

Yes, it's possible.

I created a board using a next-gen service desk project and it works normally.
