Top navigation for boards are not available for Business type projects

Hi Team,

We are not seeing board navigation links or dropdown for Business type projects in Jira. Also the left side menu for Boards are limited to "Kanban Boards and Reports" for these type of projects.

Is that a default behaviour for Business type projects. Please help us.
