Top menu search bar pop up result stopped working, re-index did not fix. Help?

JIRA's top menu bar where our company usually search for items, no longer displays the pop-out result.

We have tried re-indexing, but did not fix the issue. Any ideas?

What search bar pop-up? If you know (if you can...) Can you try opening up the Browser Console and see if there are any errors in there.

Thanks Mitch. I'm sorry to say but I cannot suggest on what else to check based on the screenshots alone. Can you please try opening up a support in support.atlassian.com so they can check further?
