Too much issue when opening Issue Navigator - is there a solution?

Hi All,

in our JIRA when clicking on 'Search for issues' the system loads all the issues we have access for. As I am admin in my case everytime are being loaded up to 900000 issues and because of this it's very slowly. Most project leads have similar situation when they get 300-400000 issues.

Is there a solution which would not load all issues to the Navigator?

Hi Daryl,

no, it's not that issue we have. You mention here the number of issues displayed on one page.

Our problem is that everytime we click on 'Search for issues' the Issue Navigator is unavailable till all issues have been loaded. So by default the Issue Navigator results all isues we have access for. I.e. if I have access to 30000 issues of 50 projects then when I navigate to Issue Navigator I see there all the 30000 issues.
