Which is started by mistake from me. Currently, your Atlassian Jira Premium trial is not useful for me from any angle. So, I request you to cancel my Atlassian Jira Premium trial (subscription plan) and do not renew it after expired free trial of it. Thanks but sorry for your inconvenience.

It is important to understand that this community forum is a public forum and as such generally not a good idea to share your email address or other personal information. Now to your question, assuming you have administration access you can downgrade this yourself by simply changing your plan under the administration settings > Billing. If you do have any information issues, then contact Atlassian support directly.
