Timeline (Jira software Project)

We've created a work project and have linked task issues (using blocks) to epic issues on the software project. However, we cannot see the task issues on the software project's timeline. We have dependencies checked under visual details and checked schedule child issues by sprints. Is it possible to show issues from another project on a software project when teams use team-managed projects?

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

With the Standard product plan (according to the tags on your post) you have access to only "basic" Timeline functionality. Basic Timeline functionality supports showing issues in the timeline from only one project.

So, if you do truly have only the Standard product plan then no, you can't show issues from another project on the Timeline, for either Team Managed or Company Managed projects.
