Time to First Response Gadget in JIRA Dashboard - How calculation works?

Hi All, There is a gadget "Time to First Response" in JIRA Dashboard. It calculates Time to first response by calculating the time difference between the issue creation date and the "Date of First Response" to determine the time to respond for each issue. The "Date of First Response" is based on first comment by user other than Reporter.

Do we have any idea how does this calculation actually happens? 
Is Sat/Sun included OR only weekdays are included?
For each day how many hours are counted like 8 hrs or more?
Does It average out the "Time to First Response" for multiple tickets or does It add all the hours?
