Time spent in seconds

Petr A March 10, 2021

Hi there!
Can you help me with this moment?
I use Jira Time tracking to track time in Progress. All is ok, but there is a problem in exporting the result.
In the filter I can see 50m or 1.75h. But when i export data to csv or html report I see this value in seconds, for example 50m = 3000, 1.75h = 6300

Is it possible to get the value in minutes or hours when exporting?
Thanks a lot!

Regards,
Petr

Hi,

The easy way is to add a formula in you excel file to convert second to minutes or hours.

Hope this helps

Hi @Mohamed Benziane
Sure, one of the way, but it is not the solution:)

Can you tell me, if you know, how does time display format affect to system? Did not find the difference? I will be grateful!!

This feature will only modify how the time will appear on an issue.

@Mohamed Benziane

Good day!
It seems to me that it still does not work as it should?

Is there a story in the backlog to make sure that it doesn't export the data in seconds?
