Time remaining field now dissappeared

Hi all,

Jira appears to have updated since Friday and we can no longer see the time remaining field in our tickets. Any ideas?

Can you clarify further on time remaining field? Is it the time tracking (remaining estimate) or the SLA from Jira Service Desk? 

If it's the time tracking fields, there could be a couple of possible causes such as:

  • Field not being added to screen
  • Field not associated to the field configuration

Previously against these tickets there was time estimate and then underneath time remaining which the team would update each day. The latter is now missing:
