hi - we are evaluating JIRA and time plan plugin. however, it doesn't work at all. when one click on the time plan link, you get the "please wait" message which hangs forever. have an idea why ?

Hi there, you added the everit.jira.timetracker topic label to this question, but I don't see connection with our plugin. What planner plugin do you use? Maybe I can help to find the proper label.
