Ticket creation via Email is not working

 I have upgraded my JIRA to 6.3.1 however my ticket creation via email is not working. I've configured the mailbox and mail server.
When i do the testing it shows ticket creation is successful but it doesn't create ticket neither it deletes it from the mailbox.

How does the configuration is set in JIRA?

Neeta, what does the atlassian-jira-incoming-mail.log says?
