Third-Party Client Access

Is there anyway to allow specific, third-party clients/customers just voting access to our JIRA issues? Without taking up a user license?

What if your Third Party company is bigger than you, and already works with Jira? Is there a way to use their license as QA? IE- You host with your users, they QA/provide input with their license?

To vote they need to browse. To browse they need a user license. Can't see anyway around it.

That is interesting as I accidently set it up where Group (Anyone) could access and edit an issue and we found that literally anyone (without loging in) could hit the hyperlink to the issue and edit/transition an issue. This prompeted a notification change by "Anonymous"
