There's any command to "imitate" a different user without having to enter their password so you can see what they are seeing.
If you are using the Server version, you can install the Scriptrunner for JIRA plugin; one of the features is to imitate a user.
If you are using Cloud, then that functionality is built in: Log in as another user.
