There is no "JIRA Classic" option to select when creating a project from "Create Project".

I am learning JIRA Cloud and trying to follow the instruction online.

I am following the online instruction. But I am stuck in trying to create a project with the option "JIRA Classic"

since there is no "JIRA Classic" option to select.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Try the one that says "JIRA Default Schemes". I think they just renamed it from classic.

This does not exist anymore in our instance of Jira. is there a way to re-enable it?

What's the online instruction you are following?

Also JIRA Classic project template should be available to you under

  • Projects > Create Project.

If it's not there, please let me know.
