I have created a Jira Service Management project to handle some feedback.
Because I wanted also feedback from within the organization's people, I created an organization group under the project's customers.
What I encounter sometimes is that when a customer of that group creates a ticket, JIRA sends an email to all the members of that group and assigns an organization field to that ticket.
This is not happening all the time but occasionally. Is there any miss-configuration of mine? Am I missing something? How can I stop this from happening?
So it seems that a field "Shared with" is displayed to customers that belong to the organization while it is not displayed when the user belong to both the organization as a customer and is an agent for that project.
Is this expected?
