There are no transitions out of statuses on Software Simplified Workflow

Hi,

As you can see from the text image of the Simplified Workflow default, there is no transitions out of one status to another.  So even if all steps in a test are completed, it's workflow status remains at "To Do".  Can this be edited, or does anyone have any suggestions?

Look at the workflow diagram - you should see that every status has an incoming transition from "all" (in a little black box)

That means a user can always move an issue from any status (including done/closed/ended/whatever) to any other.

How does a user change the status?

Drag it to another column on a board, or go to the full issue view and click a transition button, or use the cog icons in a report (issue navigator etc).
