There are no active sprints


We are not able to see the Sprint boards and we receive the message: "There are no active sprints" despite the fact that there is an active Sprint ongoing.

There is only one user that is able to see the Sprint with all details in it. I've checked the permission and all the users are in Jira-users group. 

Can you please advise?

Can you check if the boards filter is tied to that user or not? Usually the issues (and hence sprints associated with it) appear on boards based on the filter.
