The tab People is missing now in the project view.

We used to have the tab People in this menu: http://gyazo.com/94f33a74f2403e3f12c5e84c64dc751d in order to be able to watch statistics for hours worked promptly. This tab has disappeared for all users (including the administrators). We did not make any significant changes in Jira (onDemand). How can we restore this tab?

That tab is provided by the Tempo plugin. Was that disabled on your instance?
