when i try to make new jira sd installation i get message The requested URL /secure/SetupLicense!default.jspa was not found on this server. how it fix?

That usually happens when JIRA has been through the installation and finished, so it's already set up.

Are you installing this over the top of something?  Or did you get part-way through a previous attempt to install it?
