The invitation will not be sent after creating an account

Hi, I am okiworks.atlassian.net administrator.(yongwook.park@okiconcessino.com)
Recently, I made a new account jonggu.choe However, JIRA invitation is not sent to jonggu choe.
There is no problem with "jonggu.choe@okiconcession.com"
jonggu.choe@okiconcession.com is still being used for business.
Please take prompt measures.

I think you are trying to send an invitation to a user already created.

None of the emails arrived from JIRA in mailbox(jonggu.choe@okiconcession.com).

And

I created an account again.
However, the invitation card did not come to registered mail address
