The invitation will not be sent after creating an account

Hi, I am administrator.(
Recently, I made a new account jonggu.choe However, JIRA invitation is not sent to jonggu choe.
There is no problem with "" is still being used for business.

I think you are trying to send an invitation to a user already created.

None of the emails arrived from JIRA in mailbox(


I created an account again.
However, the invitation card did not come to registered mail address
