The filter subscription email lacks issue key and has totally different IDs

Dear Atlasssian Community,

I have strange issue with the filter subscriptions.

The emails work perfectly, but only one user gets different type of emails.

For example, standard email:

Only one user gets this email:

photo_2022-05-06_09-29-08.jpg

There is no issue key and field are totally different.

Could you advise how to fix this?
