The difference between Trial version and licensed version & Add-on Issues

Hello, there are two questions that I would like to ask.

    1. I am planning to purchase Server version of JIRA (including Agile + Tempo + Service Desk)
      Currently, I am utilizing trial version (cloud version). If I buy the licensed one, will there by any difference (ex: some features are not included in trial version, etc.)? I know the difference between server and cloud. Then, what is the difference between Trial Cloud/Server version and Purchased Cloud/Server version?
    2. Let's assume that I bought only JIRA + JIRA Agile first (licensed server version). Then is it possible to buy JIRA Service Desk later (licensed server version)? I would like to ask this just in case.

No difference.

The only thing about the trial is that when it expires, you lost most of the "write" functions - you can't add users, or create new issues.  (And licencing it puts all of it back).

You can add new addons whenever you want as well.
