The default WBS Gantt Chart of the project doesn't show any issues/tickets

Hi guys,

On Jira server 8.20.2, I can show a WBS Gantt which contains all the issues of the project by clicking on the WBS Gantt-Chart on the left menu

Now, on Jira server 9.12.12, I click on the WBS Gantt Chart on the left menu then the Chart shows nothing (refer to attached image). My WBS Gantt Chart version is 9.16.3.263.

How can I solve this issue?
