The system Resolution field is showing as required after setting a post function, what could cause this?
A new screen populates when an issue is transitioned to the done status. Within this new screen the system field Resolution is shown as required. Please advise how to remove the required field along with preventing the window from populating.

If the resolution field is added to a screen it will become a required field, this is the default behavior for that field. You should only add the field to a screen if you want the user to pick the resolution, otherwise it should only be set via a post function in the workflow.
