Currently not all our users have the ability to configure their Issue Navigator Views because the Tools option does not display (see attached screenshot). My account does have access to do this (I am an admin), and another user that also has admin access does not see the Tools menu in the upper right hand corner. Regardless, it looks like configuring the issue navigator view is something all users should be able to to. We discovered this when a user was trying to customize the column layout in the Issue Navigator, but could not because the Tools Menu is missing. Please advise how we can enable the Tools Menu, so our users can configure their views.
Hi Rebecca, could you try to go to the Global Permission section and check who group has the change simultaneously permission? Check if the other admin user is included on this permission.
Looking at this documentation it indicates that you need to have the Jira Administrators Global Permission in order to be able to configure the Navigator View. Does this other user have that Global Permission assigned?
