The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable (from the OnDemand server)

Hello,

I've just got a trial version of Jira in the Cloud. When I try to get the add-ons I am getting "The Atlassian Marketplace server is not reachable" error, even while the marketplace is available if I type the URL manually or click on the link. Please advice?

Our Marketplace is having an intermintent outage today. We hope that we can get it back soon.
