Texts entered in ticket description template are gone after ticket creation.

The template is deployed by Behavior script using ScriptRunner plugin.

Does it work if you remove the behaviour script?

Yes, it worked before we applied the behaviour script.

OK, then it's clear that your Behaviour setup is the problem.  You'll need to debug that.
