Testers are not be updated to changes of ticket status


We have several users that if they name is listed in Tester field they do not receive email notification with ticket statuses change. 

Has anyone seen this issue within the Jira application.

Thanks I will check out article.

I omitted that its only happening to some of the users not all.  They are updating issue within a specific Jira Project.  Some of the users are not getting email notification when statuses change for those tickets.

Hi @Sharon Curtis - you might see if this article has some suggestions for you I have never seen this happen in my environment, but apparently it is common so says this article.
