Test Server Jira & Confluence

What is the best way to have a test server of Jira and Confluence? Is there a way, to  mirror the liveserver or something else?

Michael,

The most common solution is to install both applications on a test server and connect them to a copy of production databases. And if necessary from time to time, refresh the database with a clear data dump.
