Terms and conditions - is it possible?

Dear All,

some project leaders of service desks asked about a feature which enables the terms and conditions acceptance in an issue. I.e. when submitting an issue it would show up a terms and conditions part and the user would need to check the "I accept" button. Is it possible in JIRA?

Currently there is no out of the box solution for this, it will require customisations. Perhaps you can try to contact https://www.atlassian.com/resources/experts for this with fees applied.

Do you want to disallow creation if they don't accept? If so, I don't know if you can disallow the creation with a transition test. You could have a required field on the create screen with accept/do not accept option so you could capture the response.
