Tempo timesheet - Internal issues need a description

In our configuration of Tempo, Worklog description is optional

However, we would like to make required when we log our time on internal issues.

Is it possible ?

Currently it is not possible to make the worklog description mandatory for one particular project while leaving it optional for other projects. However it is possible to make the worklog description mandatory for all projects.

It's possible to set a minimum of characters, to prevent anyone from putting a description of 1 single character?

It is not possible to set a minimum of required characters for the worklog description.
