Tempo time sheets not working in jira cloud version?

Hi,

I am using JIRA cloud version with portfolio. Now I want to use Tempo folio, Tempo planner and Tempo time sheets instead of portfolio. But Tempo folio is not available for cloud version. I am trying to use only Tempo planner and Time sheets. To understand them I(System admin) installed trail version of Tempo Time sheets. But I cant see any Tempo time sheets icon any where. When I check Manage add-ons-> get started  I am redirected to https://bridgei2i.atlassian.net/secure/TempoGettingStarted.jspa page but it says "404 error Oops you have a dead link.

So can any one explain what is the problem.

Hi Chaitanya,

I am not sure why this link is not working on your instance as we can not reproduce this.

Can you confirm that Timesheets and all the Tempo System Plugins are enabled. To get the Tempo dropdown in the header of your JIRA, you need to have the "Tempo Time Tracking" permission. This permission is necessary for all users that need to log work in Tempo. To give users this permission, go to JIRA Administration, Add-ons, Manage add-ons. In the Tempo section, choose "Tempo Permissions" and add a JIRA group to the Tempo Time Tracking permission. For easier management, it is recommended to create a group that includes all users that need access to Tempo and add this group to the permission.
