Tempo team leads not able to view worklogs in timesheet

We've created two teams, but the team leads are not able to view the worklogs for the team members. They can view the timesheet with all team members, but only see worklogs for themselves.

Our Jira is v7.3.5 with Tempo Timesheets v8.7.0.

Maybe there are other incompatibilities with Jira Service Desk and Tempo Timesheets (see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Unable-to-see-Team-timesheet-and-add-permissions-to-Tempo-team/qaq-p/259433)?

What permissions do the team leads have on the teams under configuration?

Thanks for your quick response.

They are assigned as team leads within the teams main configuration. Additionally they are standard team members in the members list.
