Tempo "Clear Account value when issue is moved between projects" not clearing

Hi

I am a JIRA admin for our company and we've had issues where some of our users regularly pick the wrong Account and Project when creating new tickets. I have checked the "Clear Account value when issue is moved between projects" option on the Tempo Accounts Configuration screen, but still when we attempt to move the tickets, the Account field doesn't clear.
