Tempo planner - issue with access

Tempo planner is disappeared for no reason and it says - Oops, looks like you found a dead link. 

What might be the issue?

Hi @Vladyslav Babilunga and welcome to the Community!

As it is rather unlikely that an entire app disappears from your instance for no reason at all. If something like this happens, there a couple of things you can do:

  • Make sure that your product license is (still) valid. You need a valid license in order to use a paid product in Atlassian cloud;
  • Check the app's status. For Tempo, you can check out their overall status page to see if there's any ongoing incidents;
  • Navigate to Apps > Manage Apps and check the app audit log to see if there's any issues listed there

If none of that helps, reach out to the app vendor and report the issue directly with them to investigate what might be going on.
