Tempo - availability 100% = 24h/day, how to change this to 8h/day?

In the Planning mode of Tempo, I'm planning tasks/items on the timeline for my project members, but it's showing 100% availability as 24h/day. If I used the Advanced option and enter 8 hours, then it sets the availability to 33.3%. How do I change this setting so that it would set 8h/day as 100%? Thank you.

Hi Ivy,

can you take a look at the Workload Scheme (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/CORE/Workload+Schemes) the user is in and see if it is set to 24h. If it is not, can you create an Issue in our Tempo Support Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) so we can better investigate this. Can you add information about the versions of JIRA and Tempo Planner you are using and a screenshot of the Workload Scheme.
