Tempo Timeline No Key Strike Through On Resolved Issues

We use Tempo timeline at an issue level. Submitted question here as the tempo support page is down.

I have read in these release notes that the feature should be available. Although on our timeline, resolved issues do not render with a strike through the key. This would be quite useful for us, and I can't figure out why it's not rendering as such.

Picture attached below. Please advise how to get this fixed.

the 3.4.x version has not yet been released on Cloud. For the current installed version, please refer to the Documentation for 3.3 (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/spaces/PLANNER033) and the Release notes can be found in https://tempoplugin.jira.com/wiki/display/TP/Tempo+Planner+3.3.1.4+%283.2.18-AC%29+for+JIRA+Cloud+Release+Notes.
