Tempo TimeSheets - Unable to see all logged work inside ticket

We are currently evaluating Tempo Timesheets. When I go into a ticket (I am a JIRA Admin/Tempo Admin), I am unable to see all logged hours for that ticket in the Tempo location of the ticket. Is there a permission I am missing here? Any help is greatly appreciated.

In that view, you will only see YOUR logged hours for that ticket. If you want to see all logged hours, you have to go to the "Work Log" tab

Another way to see all worklogs for the Issue is to click on the Report button in the Tempo section and that will take you to a detailed report for the Issue in question.
