Tempo Planner: Could not find Team Custom Field.

Hi,

I installed Tempo Planner for a trial and I have this message: Could not find Team Custom Field. Please contact a JIRA Administrator. I looked at Custom Fields and, indeed, I cannot find the field Team. Plugins were installed correctly a priori.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Christophe

 

In some instances it may correct the issue to restart your JIRA instance. Please try this and see if it resolves the issue. If not can you please create an issue in our Tempo support system (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and attach the JIRA logs (atlassian-jira.log) so we can better investigate this.

Screenshots might also be helpful.

Hi, Field was actually available but not editable and with default value name $teamFieldName. I tried stop/start my instance. Still the issue. Regards, Christophe

Hello Heiða, We have the same problem. No team field. We tried to restart Jira, unfortunately it didn't help. Any other advices ? Regards, Igor

Hi Igor Since their can be many reasons why this is not operating correctly it is best if you can please create an issue in our Tempo support system (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/JTS) and attach your JIRA logs (atlassian-jira.log) so we can better investigate this.
