Tempo Books, Budget Forecast and future projects

We are looking for a Tool for our Controlling where we can see our future planned resources on one specific Project. Also we would like to figure out how our Budget Forecast looks like on this specific project.

Also we need an overview over all our Projects.

Are these two things possible with Tempo Books?
