We need to customize standard subscriptions in Jira.
We need to send a special text in message which will be received by current user.
Any resolution here?

You can tune "personal" notifications through Notification Scheme (see Adding an event recipient to a notification scheme, #4): https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Creating+a+Notification+Scheme

Yes, but this change will appear for all users. But i need only personal changes. If i understand it correct.
