Template error using Quick Start deployment to AWS

Attempt to create VPC Stack fails. Error message: Template error: Fn:: Select cannot select nonexistent value at index 1.

I've also attempted to use the Quick Start template to build the stack after I create a new VPC. That also throws an error.

You need to make sure you select TWO AWS Availability Regions.  When I selected just one, I got this error.  Re-running it with two selected I got passed this error.
