Hello dear community.
Recently, a team member became unable to access our jira. Every time he tries, he gets the following error message:
Translated from French: "An Admin rejected your request. The last time you asked to access [our domain], the admin rejected your request"
I am a site admin. With another colleague with the same access level, we checked in the user manager. His account is supposed to have full access to the site and all projects.
No admin seems to remember rejecting any access request recently.
I tried to send him an invitation to the site through mail, without success. He did not recieve anything, including in spams.
Did you ever faced a similar problem and do you know how to solve it ?
Thanks for your time :)
Hi there!
Take a look at Access Requests rather than user permissions:

It sounds like an admin accidentally denied access in my opinion.
