Team hierarchy in Tempo

Hi,

We want to use tempo for timesheet validation.

Our user structure is :

Development Manager

-> Team Lead 1

-> Team User 1.1

-> Team User 1.2

-> Team Lead 2

-> Team User 2.1

-> Team User 2.2

We want the Team Leads to plan time and approve timesheets for their users, and the development manager to plan time and approve timesheets for everyone.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi Stéphane,

To make the Plan Time button available in the Timesheet view, you will need to check the "Enable Time Planning" in the Tempo Global Configuration.

The Team lead can then plan time for users and Team lead includes the Approve Timesheets permission.

You will need to add the Development Manager to the Approve Timesheets permission so he will be able to give him access to plan and approve.

We are reviewing Tempo permissions and will release improvements within the next few month.
